Comte du Montnoir is back in France after his visit to Darlene and Lynette in the states.  Both his young vampires are now happy as is he.  His assistant, the beautiful and clever Monique de la Chauve-Souris is quickly capturing his heart.  The Comte feels Monique is everything he has waited for.

Just as the Comte is ready to bond with Monique for all time, the deceptive little minx fools him.  She convinces the Comte into turning over his vast empire into her hands.  What could Monique possibly accomplish by ruining him when he was ready to give her everything he had, including his heart?

Monique has vengeance on her mind ever since she encountered the Comte.  She believes he is responsible for the pain of her past.  Everything is going as planned if she could just get her heart to cooperate.  By falling in love with the Comte it could ruin everything she has worked so hard for.

Young Vampires in France is a sensual journey of two lovers who can not possibly be together.  What stops them is Monique’s need for vengeance.  I absolutely loved all these wonderful characters and I was so happy to see Darlene, Lynette and their lovers back on the scene to help out the Comte.  I can never get tired of their personalities.

With hints of BDSM, I believe all readers will be able to thoroughly enjoy Ms. Ballou’s Young Vampires in France
