A historical
fairy tale, Faery Queen is about Tania, the
heartbroken Queen of Feia. After seeing the mortal Hugh, Earl of
Bellemare, she had fallen instantly in love. It was too bad that
Hugh had other things on his mind. He was still angry with the
little queen for holding him against his will. Now his
responsibilities at Bellemare keep him in the mortal realm and from
keeping his promise to return to Tania.
As the Faery
Queen is overcome with grief, her magic is fading and her life hangs
on the hope Hugh will return; but instead of waiting, Tania seeks to
make a pact with the Damned King, Lucian, to bring her love back to
her. Her actions set in motion a new obstacle that the Earl of
Bellemare must over come. Can Hugh save Tania, Bellemare and his
family from the King of the Damned?

Pillow is a magical, enchanting tale. As you read, you can almost
hear the flutter of faery wings and experience the hate of the King
of the Damned. Tania and Hugh’s love is strained, but you can’t
help but cheer them on. In Faery Queen you’re
introduced to many wonderful characters with a gripping plot, and I
hope to see more stories from this series. Ms. Pillow always writes
fantastic stories, and Faery Queen is no different.
