Drexell Cain is on a mission to rescue his brother from the British Navy.  For four years, he became the Black Dragon, the scourge of the seas. Drex will do anything to save his brother, including a plot to kidnap the Lord Admiralís granddaughter for ransom.  Lady Christina Delafield stows away on the first ship leaving London after she discovers her grandfather intends to send her to a finishing school to discipline her untamed behavior.  Little does she know that the ship belongs to the Black Dragon.

The Lady and The Dragon is an intricate weave of plots, discoveries and sensual love.  Shelley Bradley creates a heartwarming story that is very enjoyable.
