Earthling Jake Santos crash lands on a planet with savage carnivores, running for his life, Jake falls into a pit, Drum, a friendly male humanoid jumps in after him.  Trapped with a virile male Earthling, Drum can’t believe his good fortune.  Suva, Drum’s female mate prophesized there would be an earth male joining them whose immune system could help bring into being future generations.  The challenge now is for Drum to seduce Jake, and convince him to stay.

No Way Back is a sensuous tale of survival.  Suva and Jake are both scientists, who share the ambition of continuing the species whilst they pander to their attraction to each other.  Drum loves both of his mates and has no difficulty displaying his fondness for them.  Elayne S. Venton did a great job creating a very pleasurable story.  I look forward to reading her works again.
