Tony Costa is a closeted homicide
detective in a secret relationship with vice cop Ryan
Nilsson. Tony's new case, a serial killer targeting young,
blonde, blue-eyed, gay men hits too close to home, all of the
victims have strong similarities to Ryan. Tony's fear for
Ryan's safety is maximized when Ryan agrees to go undercover
to help catch the killer.
Ryan is in love with Tony, but he's not
sure how long he can wait for him to move their relationship
to more than just sex. When Ryan's first love from high
school reappears in his life, old feelings Ryan thought were
gone resurface.
I really enjoyed this story.
Hidden Force grabbed me from the first page and I
didn't put it down until I finished. Shayla Kersten did a
great job, the suspense kept me glued to the pages. The
battle Tony had going on inside himself as he struggled to
come to terms with his sexuality and his feelings for Ryan
made me feel for him. Ryan's confidence with who he was and
his patience and understanding of Tony's struggles just made
me love him. This was an intriguing story with mystery,
suspense and sweet hot lovemaking, I highly Joyfully Recommend
Hidden Force. |
