Ramose, a
priest of Amun-Ra, has angered the goddess Hathor. Ramose has
tried to kill the pharaoh, Akhenaten and his wife, Nefertiti.
Akhenaten wants Egypt to worship one true god, but Ramose
believes all the Gods should still be worshipped, so he must
kill Akhenaten. Unfortunately for Ramose, he has interfered
in the Gods purpose and Hathor believes a trip through time
and a lesson in love will get Ramose back on track.
Elena Black,
a movie stunt double, can’t believe the direction her current
role in Cleopatra II has taken her. Finding herself
unbelievably attracted to one of the porn stars the director
hired, she can’t seem to get enough of Ramose. Just as she
thinks her life is about to get back to normal after the
movie, Ramose takes her on a little ride…through time.
Shifting Sands
is a magical time travel that will make you believe you’ve
actually visited ancient Egypt right beside Elena and Ramose.
These two face challenges and they fight to keep their
attraction under control, but there are forces at work here
that neither one of them can stop. All the characters felt
true to life and the descriptive setting will transport you.
I love reading of Egypt and was pleased at how well Ms. Savage
pulled this one off. I have to say Ms. Savage has a new
reader to this series. I definitely recommend Shifting
Sands. |
