Angela
Patterson is in love with two men; two completely different men who
fulfill her needs and love her without reservation. The
thought of having to choose between the two is not an option so
Angela has a plan; a plan that might have repercussions but if
Angela doesn’t reach for her dream of having both men in her life
every night, she will never be content.
Garrett Storm
is dominant by nature. He loves Angela and she loves him as well,
no matter that she has another lover. Garrett is confident enough
to know that only he can fulfill Angela’s need to submit and so when
she suggests a plan to bring the men in her life closer to her, he
goes along for the ride.
Blaine
Worthington loves Angela and knows that she loves him. Blaine is
content to let Angela take over in the bedroom because he wants
nothing more than to please her. Blaine wants Angela in his life
permanently but his plans don’t pan out like he envisions. Will he
be able to be the man Angela wants and needs or will past hurts keep
him from fulfilling his love’s true needs?
Angela, Blaine,
and Garrett agree to cohabitate for thirty days. Both men want and
need Angela in their life but are unable to keep from competing with
each other and this in turn hurts Angela. Things come to a head
when the three attend a party at Incognito and no matter how much
Angela loves her men, it just might not be enough.
Winning
Angela is the
continuation the Incognito series by Madison Layle and Anna Leigh
Keaton. Each installment of this series has kept me spellbound for
hours while reading. Winning Angela was exquisite.
Like Angela, there would have been no earthly way I could have
picked between Blaine and Garrett because each man, in his own way,
fulfilled different wants and needs. I found myself on the edge of
my seat by the book’s end, hoping and praying that everything would
work out.
I found in
Winning Angela, less BDSM involved than what I was used
to when reading Madison Layle and Anna Leigh Keaton, but it was no
less enjoyable. In fact, reading about a D/s switch was quite
refreshing and I really thought that the characterization of Angela
extremely realistic.
Winning
Angela was released
on December 1, 2006 from Cobblestone Press and by December 2, it was
happily ensconced on my keeper shelf! I can not wait for the next
installment of this series.
