It is Rob’s twenty-first birthday and
he is sitting in the hallway outside his apartment,
attempting to take a break from a party, when he meets
Vince. Dr. Vince Norton lives across the hall from Rob and
his roommates. Despite the twenty plus age difference, Rob
would like to establish a relationship with Vince. When Rob
finally thinks things are going well, Vince’s father passes
away separating the men and creating insecurities for Vince
over the age difference once again.
Cassandra Gold pens a beautiful story about finding love and
holding onto it through all the bumps life events and others
can create in a new relationship. Rob is wise and mature
beyond his twenty-one years. Vince, while the older of the
two, is insecure about love after losing a partner of twenty
years to an accident…especially when it comes to thinking he
could hold the interest of a man so much younger than
himself. Fool For Love is so good I could read
it repeatedly and have several times now. Definitely a must
have for M/M readers. |
