Mitch Guthrie, a human empath, has just been transferred from his police unit to the SPOOK squad. He new partner, Molly Beck, is a succubus. Mitch has been assigned with her to work the recent murders plaguing the area in which they believe a succubus is responsible for. The attraction between Mitch and Molly is electric. Past events in both their lives prevent them from acting on the electricity until Molly's life is put in great danger and then they find it might be more that just physical attraction between them.

The action, drama and hot scenes just about set the pages ablaze as Mitch and Molly fight their attraction and put themselves out there trying to find and stop a paranormal killer. Tina Gerow's characters are well developed and you are drawn in to their tale from the start. Vortex Blues is a page-turner you will not want to miss out on.
