Kevin Stohler is afraid and alone most
of the time since leaving his ex-lover Josh Harding. Josh
took their Master/slave relationship too far when he stepped
way over the line, abusing and torturing Kevin. Kevin’s
physical scars have healed, but the emotional ones still
linger. Connor McCann meets Kevin in a book store. Connor
tries striking up a conversation with Kevin, but Kevin is
too skittish and shy to respond. Connor is determined
though, and with some care and kindness, he finally manages
to become a part of Kevin’s life. Josh isn’t giving up; he
wants Kevin back. Dead or alive, he plans to take him from
Connor.
Reclaiming Love is a very moving story.
Powerful images and emotions take the reader along on
Kevin’s road to healing. Kevin suffered horrible abuse at
Josh’s hands. It seemed he’d never be able to regain his
life back. He was left afraid of his own shadow. Connor is
patient, kind and understanding. He is wonderful to Kevin.
Kevin is surrounded by good, caring friends. I’m not sure he
would have made it without them. Reclaiming Love
is a story about Kevin surviving the pain of his past and
finding life and love again when he never thought he could.
The images are sometimes disturbing, but the outcome is
beautiful and erotic. |
