Mel Archer fell in love when he was
twelve. He and Jenny could do anything together. Their
families tried to keep them apart. They stayed together.
Always together. Then one day tragedy strikes, and their lives
will never be the same. Can their love survive?
Mel’s Journal, The Journey Home is
written in the style of a personal journal. The character
development is one-sided and a little more personal than it
would be if a different style of writing had been used. This
one-sidedness of the book detracts from its flow. That said,
Mel’s Journal, the Journey Home is an interesting look
at a couples’ search for love and some of the interesting
moments of their lives. |
