Lainie’s thirty-ninth birthday is
sucking pretty bad so far. Her gift? Divorce papers. Her
heart? Broken. Crying herself to sleep, she wakes up in
sunny Belize surrounded by three of the most handsome men
she has ever seen. Suddenly her birthday doesn’t seem all
that bad.
The plot and premise of Pool Boys intrigued me
and I had to read this book. However, much to my surprise,
because I love Sierra Dafoe’s work, I was not that fond of
this book. I found it to be most erotic with no emotions
and while hot sex is in the pages of Pool Boys,
I needed a bit more. If erotic love making with few
emotions works for you, then Pool Boys should
not be missed. As a reader, I need more. |
