Garin has a teeny, tiny problem – when he doesn’t use his magic it builds up and causes unpredictable amounts of trouble.  Today Garin just knows something is going to go wrong – he can already feel the tingling that always signals a build up of magic.  But when his magical “accident” turns a stray cat into a man Garin takes him home – after all, he can’t leave him to fend for himself, right?  Too bad that Simon, Garin’s lover, doesn’t really like anything having to do with Garin’s magic and he isn’t really going to like the results of this accident!

Cat Scratch Fever is a fun and quirky romance about acceptance.  Both Garin and Tom the cat are off-the-charts weird, but Simon manages to take it all in stride and eventually becomes the stabilizing force in the trio.  When all three finally come together it will melt your bones and your heart!  Cat Scratch Fever is a great romance for a day when a touch of magic and spice is what you are looking for.
