Roped is the first book on a new series called Heart of the West, and I have to say, I am now craving these books like no other.  Jared’s character had to find himself, and when he did?  Wowza was it hot.  Ninia’s gutsy move to get Jared living again could have backfired on her but I have to applaud her ability to be patient with his burliness and his apprehension over his injuries. 

Nobody gets my blood pumping and my heart pounding like BDSM books written by Ann Jacobs.  She has a way of writing this type of genre that makes even a fraidy cat like myself yearn for the touch of a paddle or the feel of handcuffs on my wrists.  Run, don’t walk and get Roped today.  It pretty much made me shiver, and that is a good thing!
