Robyn Maxwell might be deaf but she and
her family have not let that stop her. She is a successful
baker and outdoors woman. But she just can’t seem to find a
man she wants to date. She does need a break though and
when her brother backs out of their annual trip into the
wilderness she decides to go by herself. What she doesn’t’
count on is meeting the two others who are there at the same
time. She meets Keil and his brother and is instantly drawn
to Keil.
Keil is in the process of fighting for
alpha of his pack. He and his brother are taking some time
away from the pack to regroup. Keil never expects to find
his mate, and in a woman who doesn’t even know she is a
wolf. Suddenly everything seems to be happening to him at
once… Not quite the relaxing time he expected. Will Keil
and Robyn mate? Will Keil win the alpha challenge?
Wolf Signs takes an interesting twist to the
normal wolf meets girl story. Robyn is unique as she is
deaf. I found the premise of this story fantastic. I love
to see “non perfect heroines”. There is great potential for
this series as we meet many lovable characters in Wolf
Signs. The only thing that I didn’t love while
reading this tale was there were a few awkward sayings and I
did think that Robyn took things a little “too in stride”.
But others might not find fault with these issues. Either
way, I still think Wolf Signs and the
Granite Lake Wolves Series are worth your while. |
