Vanessa Nash couldn’t see how she would
be able to get rid of her stalker. A policeman with the law
and the boys in blue on his side, he’s made her life a
living hell and there was no hope in sight. Until a dark,
handsome stranger from Saudi Arabia stepped in and decided
to become her bodyguard, no questions or payments necessary.
Using the little white lie about
needing asylum through marriage, Karim Zaldana needs time to
ensure Ness falls in love with him before she figures out he
wasn’t quite honest. Telling her he needed to marry in order
to remain in the U.S. sounds more believable than love at
first sight. The real reason Karim wants to marry and be
with Ness.
With a deranged cop and an unknown
enemy on their tales all of Karim’s professional training
will come into play if he’s to keep his love safe long
enough for her to fall in love with him.
When I first began reading
Seduced by the Sheik, I wasn’t sure what to expect.
Inebriated American woman meets, Middle Eastern man in a bar
and has some pretty hot sex and decides to marry him,
knowing zilch about him. Then as I continued to read I
actually started to like Vanessa and Karim together. Outside
of the fact they constantly lit their beds on fire, just how
cute and loving they were with each really had me smiling.
The background story of the stalker and Karim’s interesting
family tree made for some light and entertaining reading.
Nicole L. Pierce really showed skill with the various sexual
escapades of Vanessa and Karim and that alone will ensure I
keep my eye open for any future offerings. Readers looking
for a spicy read with some action and slight mystery will
enjoy Seduced by Sheik because it provides
that and more. |
