Devin Nilsson works for the government, so hooking up with a member of the Calderone crime family may not be a good idea. It doesn’t stop him from approaching Ewyn Kelley Calderone though. The attraction between Ewyn and Devin is strong but a lot stands in their way. Ewyn’s old boyfriend, Gareth, is part of the Russian mob and he’s not willing to let Ewyn go. There is someone else out to get Ewyn too.  It could be the mob, it could be Devin’s ex lover Allister, or it could be someone who knows Ewyn more personally.

 Memories Erased has some suspense and excitement as well as a strong romance.   A “daddy” relationship can be very sexy but this one fell just short of that for me because although Ewyn is a grown man, everyone around him refers to him as “baby”.  Devin calls him baby-boy and it’s endearing sometimes, but even he doesn’t treat Ewyn like an adult. Memories Erased is a good story, but after reading the publisher’s synopsis I was expecting something more intense.
