Mars fuel station attendant, Helena Terra, is obsessed with returning home to Earth.  Her boss, Nate Rickman, doesn’t want her selling her body just for a ride.  Even though Nate vowed never to return to Earth, he borrows a ship and gathers a crew just to give Helena a ride home.  Of course, it has nothing to do with the fact he can’t get the very hot Helena off his mind.  The plan is to get her safely to Earth then blast right back to Mars. 

The Men on Mars is a sexy adventure through space with non-human beings.  Nate secretly desired Helena, but what he didn’t know is that Helena secretly desired him too.  Things considered forbidden by earthlings, are commonplace to other worlds.  Nate is a loving, caring man and Helena wants love, but is afraid of rejection.  I like the creative way Shara Lanel illustrated the various alien characters.  This is a good and fun read.
