Rosa Bella is having a few rough weeks.
Her friend almost died, she meets a drool worthy man and her
singing sucks. She just can’t get it together and is asked
to take a leave of absence from the night club she works
at. Imagine her surprise when she runs into the man she has
been dreaming about.
Vane is a Watcher whose thoughts drift
to the lovely Rosa. There is just something about her that
makes him want more, but he has no room for a relationship.
He asks her out anyway, he can’t help himself.
There is just something about Rosa.
Everybody wants her and her world is turned upside down.
Can Vane help her fight the danger or will her be too late?
Midnight Rose is made up of a rich world of
Watcher’s and Rouges. Midnight Rose takes up
right where Midnight Reborn left off. Rosa has a few
emotional issues from what happened to Robin and Vane helps
here deal with those by just being there. Of course Rosa
comes into a few issues of her own, when she starts getting
notes and gifts. It was nice to see Rosa fall in love with
the tough playboy Vane. I just wish she trusted him a little
more. Vane is a great guy who just needed to find the right
woman and he found that in Rosa. It will be interesting to
see where D. McEntire goes with the Watcher series. |
