Natalie is the kind of heroine who is easy to adore.  She’s sensible, cares for her sister, is a successful businesswoman, and her strength is emphasized by the touch of vulnerability in her Dane inspires.  I found myself immersed in the story because I so wanted to see Natalie find happiness, to overcome the heartbreak of the past and give Dane another chance.  As for Dane, it’s understandable why he broke up with Natalie four years ago.  What’s more, he realizes and accepts that he made a terrible mistake in doing so and it warmed my heart to see how much he truly loved Natalie.
