Emma Taylor is working temporarily in the firehouse updating paperwork.  Jay Barnes is a SWAT team officer in the Tri-County Tactical Unit.  When Jay recruits Emma for a training exercise, his “hostage” becomes his partner in passion.  What was supposed to be a fling is becoming more, but Emma’s not sure she can be with a cop permanently.

Tactical Maneuvers is a love story with steamy passion.  Emma is lovely and whether Jay is wearing fatigues or nothing at all he’s simply scrumptious.  The abrupt ending left me craving more, but Tactical Maneuvers is still a good story with two very likeable characters.
