Jared Harvey knows fashion, he knows what works and what doesn’t and he knows how models think, after all he was one before he became a fashion designer.  Jared most definitely knows what looks good and for him Rick Paulson is the personification of looking good.

Rick doesn’t know the first thing about fashion, runaways or what's in or what’s' out, as an RN who provides care to AIDS and HIV patients, fashion was not a priority in his world. The only clothes he cares about are the ones he would be helping Jared out of. 

What We May Be is a great story!  Jared and Rick are two very different men on so many levels. The worlds they come from are like night and day, but they have this great chemistry between them that pulls them to each other. Rick is a caring compassionate man who dedicated his life to being a sense of comfort to those suffering from a devastating ailment.  Rick’s life by no definition is a glamorous one. It's very different from Jared's who lives, breaths and craves the fashion world. Meeting Rick and being a part of his life was humbling for him. I really enjoyed What We May Be, and thought it was a great beginning to what may be a very beautiful relationship.
