Devi Malik loves to cook for her family
and her customers. In each dish she puts a piece of her
heart and her dishes are much sought after. Her love life,
however, is not so lucky. Devi sees her opportunities slip
through her fingers but there is still hope. One man in
particular, a man she has a crush on, eats at the restaurant
almost daily. Seeing him tonight makes Devi’s heart beat a
bit faster and she is a bit unnerved when he asks to meet
the cook. Devi goes to his table where she quickly comes to
a halt – not only is her secret crush there, but his brother
as well. And from what Devi can deduce, they both want
her.
Glutton for Pleasure by Alisha Rae is a
decadently naughty read. Devi, Marcus, and Jace explore
their newfound feelings for each other in a totally erotic
and sensual way. The men loved touching their woman and
while both men had some reservations about the success of
the triad, they were unwilling to give up. I have to be
honest and say that I am not sure I bought into Devi’s place
in the threesome. My disbelief stems from the fact that
Devi was of a different culture – one that prides itself on
women remaining pure and I just could not realistically set
my mind around the fact that Devi would willingly be in a
ménage. This information, however, is purely my thoughts on
this story and has nothing to do with how good it is.
Glutton for Pleasure is actually a great book but
my mind sort of shut down after that. Jace and Marcus were
both sexy and lovable and extremely sensuous. I wish I had
met them first instead of Devi. |
