Dylan left his elfin people long ago to
settle in Grimton City; there he runs a shelter to help
magical beings in need. To keep costs down he lives above
the shelter with his room mate and best friend Antjuan.
Unfortunately, Cass Palmer, a previous
shelter resident has stolen money received during a recent
charity event. Dylan is very disappointed in Cass and even
more annoyed when the police knock on his door looking for
Cass. Detective Joel Tristan is looking for a thief but the
elf in front of him will do very nicely indeed. Once Dylan
gets over his irritation at being treated like a criminal he
also wouldn’t mind spending more time with the hunky
detective. After all, two heads are better than one when
looking for someone, right?
Blueberry Muffins is a
seriously hot romance! I thoroughly enjoyed watching the
relationship grow from first eye contact to acknowledged
love as well as some very steamy lovemaking along the way.
Author Kate Hill has a light touch with wordplay and builds
a fascinating fantasy land filled with interesting
characters. Blueberry Muffins is an
entertaining stand alone tale. |
