Detective Brent Harrison is trying to
solve a case and turns to Stone Caldwell for help. It turns
out that Stone is a guy Brent knew in high school. Back
then, Stone was a nerd. Now, he is a stud. Brent wants
Stone’s help with a hacker program Stone created called The
Caldwell Effect. Stone agrees but only so he can seek
revenge on Brent for being a jerk to him in high school.
Things change when Stone starts falling for him.
The Caldwell Effect is a faced pace romance
with a little action, a little suspense, and a lot of hot
sex. Stone is understandably bitter, but Brent is sincere in
his apology. When they come together it is very passionate
and feels right. I really like stories that reunite old
friends who become lovers and The Caldwell Effect
is a good one. |
