Mark Peters goes from dejected to excited when he gets a look at the officer pulling him over on the highway. When Lieutenant Wade Tench lets him go, Mark kicks himself for not pursuing him. Mark’s friend comes up with an idea that Mark eagerly follows.  This plan will either get Mark a ticket or get him into the arms of his lieutenant.
