Adam has just come home from a military
tour in Iraq. He’s anxious to see his family and spend time
with his lover and fellow marine buddy, Tom, but things
don’t go as well as he’d hoped. Tom breaks things off and
Adam’s family is expecting things he’s not ready for. When
Adam’s dad asks him to help his friend, Calvin, fix his land
after it was flooded, Adam decides a change of scenery might
be what he needs to get back on track. Adam meets Calvin
and they hit it off great. They get to work and before you
know it, the land looks better and Adam’s feeling better
too. Calvin gives Adam something to do and unexpectedly,
someone to love.
Adam finds a friend and a lover when he needs them most in
Recovery. He was hurting when he got to
Calvin’s and by the time he was due to leave, he was better
than before. Being older than Adam, Calvin is a little
unsure about what they’re doing, but he and Adam are really
right together. Recovery is emotional,
meaningful and very romantic. |
