Enlisting in the Navy to get her education, Adanna Ingles was ready to finish her time and start a new chapter of her life. Moving to San Diego was the first item on the agenda, but her plans were hi-jacked by the sexy Commander Ian Stewart. Ian Stewart was on a mission and he was biding his time until he could reel in his bait. The bait was the lovely delectable Adanna Ingles. After eavesdropping on a conversation during which Adanna admitted her feelings about him, Ian was ready to take it to the next level.  There was a little snag in his plans, though -- Ian needed Adanna’s cooperation.

I was not disappointed by Chain of Command. Shara has a way of weaving a story that leaves you expectant for more. The story was highly charged and explosive, but a wham bam thank you very much as well. I seriously hope there is a part two to follow up. I would have liked to see a little bit more on Adanna’s parents since they played a major role in her decision to get into the Navy. The story was explosive, but it ended too soon for me.
