Once upon a time there lived a woman named Edna Emily Argent Rella.  Edna was proprietor of the Wicked Stepmother and her Stepsisters S&M Parlor.  It wasn’t all that glamorous a job, but her choices were limited, especially after the Queen, her stepdaughter, lied to all who would listen about Edna’s treatment of her. 

Frank is the Captain of the Queen’s Guard.  Initially, he was sent by the queen to covertly protect Edna from a vicious stalker who has threatened her life.  He was supposed to pose as one of her ‘slave’ clientele, but when this sexy, Alpha male can’t quite pass himself off as submissive, the tables are turned and Edna’s shown what she’s been missing.

Main Attraction was a delightful BDSM spin on a fairy tale-type story:  The fairy princess/queen and the wicked stepmother, who’s not so wicked, after all.  Anna Evans did a great job creating believable characters.  I fairly swooned with the seething sexuality of the Alpha hero and could feel my own pulse quicken along with Edna’s.  The only thing that was a tad unbelievable was an 18 year-old queen.  But this is a fairy tale after all, and it didn’t detract from the rest of the story.  Have fun reading Main Attraction.  I sure did!
