Sela Reeves is doing one of the things that she promised herself she wouldn’t do; she is heading back to Texas.  Now her work for the Agency is taking her back to a time in her life that she doesn’t want to revisit.  However, there is a perk in this situation – her partner Marcus is going with her.  Marcus has always been an unexplored opportunity and Sela means to change that during this mission.  What she is not expecting is to come across Tyler, an old flame that has never been quite extinguished.  Now she has to work this case while surrounded by two men for whom Sela feels more than she should.  Sela needs to find a balance to get everything that she wants: solve the case and get both Marcus and Tyler.

Back to Texas is an enjoyable read that will keep you on your toes and flushing from the sensual heat.  Sela is a take-charge kind of woman that grabs what she wants and deals with the consequences when they arrive at her doorstep.  Marcus and Tyler are both strong men that surprise everyone, including themselves, by acting on the attraction that they feel for one another and for Sela.   Ms. Black does a great job of weaving all the elements of the story together and providing us with a truly entertaining read.  Back to Texas is a fun romp and you shouldn’t miss it.
