Fifteen years ago, Mattie Baker underwent
a horrific incident on her prom night that changed her life
forever. Now, with a very nervous and heavy heart, Mattie has
returned home to attend her class reunion and to once and for
all face and hopefully overcome the demons that have been
haunting her since that dreadful night. And, more
importantly, she wants to apologize to an old friend, Wil
Clark, for the awful way she treated him on that night when he
was only trying to help her.
Since high school, Wil Clark has gone on
to become a very successful chemist at his family’s
pharmaceutical company. With his fifteenth high school
reunion right around the corner, Wil is very apprehensive
about seeing Mattie Baker after all this time. She was, and
still is, the only woman that Wil has never gotten over. The
last time Wil saw Mattie was a humiliating event for the both
of them. At the reunion Wil is hoping for the chance to make
amends with Mattie and to maybe build up the courage to reveal
his true feelings to her.
I found A Little D.A.B. to
be a fascinating novella. From the start, this smoking hot
story tightly held my interest and wouldn’t let me go until
the conclusion was read. A Little D.A.B. is a
tale about two people trying to right some wrong doings from
their past and hopefully to rekindle desires from an old
flame. The chemistry between Wil and Mattie was very
realistic, truly sincere and scorching hot. Although, both
were afraid of causing further heartache because of hurtful
events from long ago; their desires were too powerful to be
ignore. If you are a fan of Caitlyn Willows writings, then
you are in for a treat with A Little D.A.B. You
