As the new guy at Clark Sterling and
Associates, Thomas Harrigan can’t help being intimidated by
his boss. Or attracted to him. He tries to keep both
emotions under wraps, at least until he goes to get the man
for a meeting and finds him asleep in front of his
computer—which is playing gay porn!
Clark is very attracted to Thomas, but
a bad experience with sleeping with a colleague in the past
has made him wary. He finally decides to throw caution to
the wind and everything seems wonderful. Will Thomas be the
man he’s been looking for, or another mistake?
Most Likely to Succeed is a hot story of
betrayal and misunderstandings. Watching strong, guarded,
intimidating Clark lower his guard and fall for Thomas was
enjoyable. Things between them happened fast (maybe too
much so), but the scenes between Clark and Thomas were very
hot. The misunderstanding that tore them apart could have
been fixed pretty easily, but Shawn Lane gave enough
background on Clark’s previous betrayal to make the lack of
discussion more believable. Fans of breakup/makeup stories
and boss/employee stories will be sure to enjoy Most
Likely to Succeed. |
