After getting her virginity taken and becoming a vampire all on the same night, Tori decided that was enough.  After her self-imposed celibacy, a sexy mysterious man is pursuing her and throwing her off balance. 

He is arrogant, demanding, but also charming and witty.  He seems to be in two places at once and it’s making her crazy.  Tori is having a very hard time keeping him away.  When she realizes what’s really going on, will she take the chance on falling in love? 

Once Bitten, Twice Shy is a quick and interesting take on the vampire lore.  Tori’s getting turned into a vampire while losing her virginity was just cruel, especially since she didn’t get to be with anyone else for the next 30 years.  These two men, who seem like one at first, who come into her life and sweep her off her feet was really fun and enjoyable.  However, I’ve read several Sierra Dafoe books, and while this one was cute, it wasn’t my favorite of hers.
