Madison Carey is being stalked by her
ex-employee Joseph Sinclair, so her father, Police
Lieutenant Alton Carey, hires Terence Kane to protect her.
Madison and Terry did not get a long in high school and if
their first meeting since is anything to go by, they won’t
get along now, either. However, as the threat draws closer,
so do Madison and Terry. Can time heal old wounds, or will
Madison and Terry be enemies forever?
The opening ménage scene in
Resisting Kane is very erotic and left me wondering
how Terry could ever compete. It’s a lot for one guy to live
up to. Madison is a liberated woman who’s had many partners
and lots of sex so finding heartfelt emotion in her is a bit
difficult at first. She eventually shows her true colors
with Terry, though and they have a meaningful relationship.
Joseph’s ability to get to Madison is unrealistic. He’s a
pretty stealthy worn out junkie. Resisting Kane
has some hot sex and an eventual tender romance, but the
story is far from riveting and a bit predictable. |
