Former soldier Kenth has a new purpose: to lead his band of refugees away from the city to a new home.  Theyíre living in a cave and slowly forging a new life when Kenth accidentally traps something much larger than a rabbit.  He sets the dragon free.

Baen the dragon does not like humans.  Heís unhappy theyíve invaded his quiet sanctuary.  One human, the Healer, intrigues him, however.  Will this voiceless dragon find his match at last?

Dragonís Devotion is another fascinating installment of Willa Okatiís Dragon series.  Kenth is a strong, honorable man.  Baen, the dragon, is mute, which added an interesting twist to their interactions.  As always with Ms. Okatiís stories, Dragonís Devotion is hot.  Thereís also a clear emotional connection between Baen and Kenth, making Dragonís Devotion a very worthwhile read.
