Jennifer and Tony have been married for three years and love each other very much.  It seems, however, that with their careers taking off that they have grown apart in the bedroom and thus their sex life is not what it used to be.  Jennifer misses this tremendously and confides in her best friend, Liz, who invites Jennifer and Tony to dinner the next day.  It is during this get together that Liz and her husband Robert challenge Jennifer and Tony to a series of games in order to spice up their love life.  Tony is instantly irritated but somewhat intrigued.  After talking things over with each other, they both agree.

Most of the challenges deal with sexual situations in public and some are harder to accomplish than others.  Jennifer and Tony strive to do what they feel and desire but there comes a time when enough is enough.

Some Like It Hot has a great storyline. The main characters love each other, but their bedroom naughtiness has hit a snag when their jobs interfere.  I love the premise and I love the plot.  However, I was never able to hone in and actually feel the love Jennifer and Tony had for each other.  Both characters wanted to make love with the other, but it seemed often times forced and calculated.

Having read Myra Nour before, I settled in for a good story, which Some Like It Hot seems to be.  However, my inability to relate to and buy in to each character left me with a feeling of emptiness and therefore I didnít enjoy this book as much as I hoped.
