On the
run from the law, stagecoach robbers Kenneth and Leon take
refuge in the barn of a widow and her young son. A blizzard
quickly moving though the Utah territory finds the outlaws
depending on the young widow for safety and care. Leon is
the only person Kenneth ever trusted, cared about and
depended upon, but Amy Northe is bringing out feelings in
him he thought would only be reserved for Leon.
Stealing Northe is really good. Amy Northe is a
strong figure and she and Kenneth popped. Their chemistry
is strong and loving and could not be denied even with the
obstacles standing in their way, such as Kenneth being a
wanted criminal, and much younger than Amy. And their
biggest obstacle to overcome was Leon. I loved how Kenneth
cared for Leon and wanted him to be a part of his life but
once Kenneth and Amy connected Leon just didn’t fit
anymore. Stealing Northe’s progressing and
ending was very much to my satisfaction, but it also left me
wondering about Leon’s future. Stealing Northe
is an enjoying read and Jamie Craig fans will love it. |
