Lidya is being married to a man beneath
her social level because her family needs the money. What
she does not know is that Evan, her intended, has been given
a book that will leave her begging for more.
When Evan’s uncle gave him a copy of
the Kama Sutra he has no idea that it would lead to a night
of sexual exploration. Now he needs to try it out on the
woman he has married.
Love by the book is a bit odd. Evan is in love
with his bride-to-be, even though it is an arranged
marriage, and he is trying to learn how to please his
spouse, I get that. There is a scene I could have done
without, the part where Evan’s uncle invites him for a three
way with his mistress, while the two men do not touch it was
a bit weird. Lidya has to become less of a snob to accept
the love that her groom is offering. I did like that Evan
at least tried to learn new ways to please his woman, even
if I did not like the method. |
