Tim Wilson,
a dance student who works as a cosmetics rep at an upscale
department store, is pleased to discover that his product
line is being moved to a new, better location on the
cosmetics floor. He’s even more pleased when he finds out
he’ll be working next to Colin Welling, the hot older man
he’s been crushing on for months. Can Tim convince Colin to
give him a chance?
Gift With Purchase featured two appealing
heroes and a chance to learn more about two things I know
next to nothing about—dance and the behind-the-scenes
goings-on of a cosmetics department. I enjoyed watching Tim
and Colin go from friendship to something more. The problem
with Gift With Purchase was that there wasn’t
really much of a problem. Though Tim had a bit of a past,
Colin was pretty much perfect. The small conflicts that
cropped up were easily overcome, making me wish for a bit
more friction before the end. |
