Former
child star JT Pierce wants to resurrect his extinct acting
career. JT, now going by Johnny Thomas contacted his old
agent Lou Merrin looking for help to jumpstart his career.
Lou is willing to take a chance on Johnny but he has ground
rules and one of them is that Johnny be aware of the
paparazzi and keeping his sexual orientation towards men out
of the public eye. Johnny is all for keeping his personal
life to himself and thought he was doing a good job of it
until he met photographer Brett Carey.
As
things start to heat up with Brett, so does the rumor mill.
A popular gossip website seems to have inside information on
Johnny’s every move and when nude pictures of Johnny surface
all the evidence pointed toward his new relationship.
Johnny finds himself in the position of wanting to trust
Brett but if he does he may risk losing his only opportunity
to revive his career.
I
enjoyed Beautiful Liar. I found myself liking
Brett a lot more than I liked Johnny but I still thought
they were a good couple. Brett was awesome; he was very
compassionate and giving towards Johnny. I thought Johnny
was a bit selfish and he wasn’t very smart with his decision
making for a guy who was trying to build a public image and
stage one of the biggest comebacks of all times. But no
matter what I thought of Johnny his actions and attitude fit
perfectly with the story. Beautiful Liar was
very entertaining and readers will definitely enjoy it. |
