Cullen Goodfellow, a Sidhe warrior and bard, sealed his fate centuries ago when he refused the amorous attentions of the goddess, Danu.  Danu cursed Cullen and bound him to Garvey Castle until he completes three impossible tasks.

Rowan Bradley has come to live in the only place she considers home, Garvey Castle.  Rowan is a painter and after a nasty court battle with her ex-husband, Jeffrey, she is ready to concentrate on getting her life back on track.

Rowan has always been able to see beneath the surface of the people she meets.  She is attracted to the sexy man, Cullen, who has always been a permanent resident of the castle.  Rowan can see several things when she looks at Cullen and while they all appeal to her, she is not willing to be hurt again.  Cullen knows that Rowan is special and he wants her, but he realizes that a relationship between them would be difficult, especially after Rowan finds out the truth about him.  Will Rowan and Cullen be able to find a happily ever after or will their circumstances destroy their chances?

Sidhe Warrior has a bit of everything: fantasy, romance, and a whole lot of drama.   Cullen is a strong man who took a stand for what he believed in and finds himself being punished for centuries.  Rowan simply wants to find solace and comfort after the terrible time she had with her ex-husband.  April Reid writes strong characters that pull the reader into their story and invest you in their lives.  I enjoyed their story, but I would have liked to see a bit more passion in their lives.  Sidhe Warrior was action packed and April Reid did a good job pulling it all together.
