Spy Eva Serova’s latest mission has put
her in danger. She’s the top agent for the Iron Conclave. The
new president has sent her to recover a data clip, and to
infiltrate a band of lycan warriors, shape-shifting werewolves
whom the new president thinks are too dangerous to keep
around.
Dex Solomon is the leader of the lycans.
He doesn’t trust the intel officer who’s aboard his ship, but
they have a job to do and he intend to do it. When things go
wrong, he looks to her as the cause Unfortunately, he sees her
first as a woman, then as an officer who might have wronged
him and his crew, something that doesn’t sit well with his
other officers.
Full of colorful characters and
interesting situations, Feral is not for the
faint of heart. But it is an action-packed romance that left
me hanging on the edge of my seat at times. I loved Dex, the
sexy head of the lycan warriors, even in his werewolf form.
I loved the plot of this novel, and the
pace was great. There is a much-talked about scene where Dex
and Eva have sex while he is in his werewolf form. Ms. Gray
handled the scene with deft fingers, and it intrigued me, and
showed me the bond that was between the two characters.
Feral is the start of a
great series. Readers of sci-fi and shape-shifter fans should
love this novel as much as I did. |
