Ava Fenaly isn’t sure if the explosive evening she shared with the demon of her fantasies was real or just her imagination in overdrive. What she is sure of is her purpose in life, a life spent as a protector of innocents from demons and Lucifer himself. Having been saved by one of the Lost Warriors as a child, she knows all demons aren’t evil. Hunted constantly Eva is sent away by her angelic friend in hopes that she will find the demonic mate she’s is destined for. Meeting professor Donatus causes Ava to wonder if maybe it’s a human in her future, since he causes her body to go into overdrive at first site. Donatus has a side of him he has kept in control for hundreds of years, awakened by the call of Ava now his inner demon wants to be freed.

Let me check off the things I know will have readers raving about Demonic Desires, a heroine who can kick major butt, a sexy demon lover who has a dorky side and tons of supernatural action scenes that leave your heart racing. Add in a plot that is quite interesting and you have another winner from Mandy M. Roth. Eva has to be on my all time favorite list of heroines, petite, spunky and powerful, and willing to risk death for those around her, especially her man. I’m hoping this is only the beginning and we will see more stories featuring the Lost Warriors because Kal and Gun are screaming for their own stories.
