Kris is tired of the fashion industry and if it were up to him he would never do another fashion shoot again. When an old friend calls in a favor Kris is once again forced into doing something he hates – fashion photography.  As much as Kris hates it, he has been extremely successful with it, and as a result becomes a well known man, able to pick up any guy he wants.  During this last photo shoot Kris comes across someone he is unable to forget – Lane.  The set man who turned him down while blowing his world apart with no more than a casual conversation.

After this life altering encounter, Kris packs up everything and heads out to the only safe haven he has ever known – his friend’s country home.  While there, Kris tries to find himself, which he believes he has lost to all the glam and superficiality of Hollywood. But when he finds his mysterious man again will Kris make it work?

Secrets Given is a great story that plays off the hollowness of Hollywood and finding a diamond among the trash.  Kris is a spoiled prima donna, but he will endear himself as he reveals himself to be frustrated by what he has become and what his “art” has led him to.  All this is brought home to Kris when Lane is apparently unimpressed by the great Kris.  When these two finally manage to come together it will burn you down to ashes and most definitely leave you wanting more!  Pick up Secrets Given the next time you go shopping for a quick hot read.
