Kerry is just heartbroken over the fact
that his “relationship” with Lomian is over. Then Bad Chad
stumbles on him crying his heart out. Somehow, Kerry ends
up going home with Bad Chad and staying there. But is all
this for real or is Kerry on another one of his flights of
fancy?
Tag Team 2: Rebound is a simplistic tale that
follows Kerry and Lomian, whom we meet in the first
installment of this series. The introduction of Bad Chad
seems more like an add in just to up the sizzle factor, but
it fails to ring true from the very beginning. Also, Sarah
Colter managed to use an inordinate amount of exclamation
marks to emphasize every point - which became rather
tiresome after the first few pages. Tag Team 2:
Rebound is not really a read that will hold your
attention for long, nor do the characters capture your
interest. So when you go shopping, you’ll be better off
giving it a pass. |
