Coming
home was a big move for Scott Trask and taking a job working
for his father was an even bigger one. Not only would he
have to work extra hard to prove his worth to his father, he
also has to keep his feelings in check while working in the
same offices as Preston Reynolds, his brother’s best-friend
and the man he has secretly loved for years.
Preston
who is recently divorced has tried to ignore the strange
feelings he would have toward other men, he has succeeded
except when it came to Scott. When Scott left town, Preston
was able to push those feelings to the back of his mind, but
now that he’s back and working in the office next to him his
need for Scott was too much to ignore. Embarking on a
passionate sexual relationship, Preston may find it
difficult to hang on to Scott when Scott wants to tell the
world how much he loves Preston, but Preston wants to keep
their relationship a secret.
At
Long Last Love was absolutely wonderful. It was an
easy flowing read with great characters. Scott was so open
and lovable he so deserved to be loved especially by the man
he always loved. As much as I liked Preston, I really
disliked his treatment of Scott, but I understood his fear.
Jack, Scott’s brother and Preston’s best friend was great,
and I liked the relationship between him and the guys but he
also had his own little story I would have loved to have
read more about. At Long Last Love is angsty,
passionate and a very enjoyable story. |
