| Nikita is a sexual therapist who is bored with sex. She
is asked to come to Rookery Cove and hopes to relax, when
her sexual interest is peaked by two handsome men. Draven
and Connor have problems of their own. Draven is spiraling
out of control and Nikita may be the only one who can save
him. Connor has tried to help, but to no avail. He is
hoping Draven’s lust for the doctor will keep him from
losing the little control he has left.
Can Nikita and Connor convince Draven that his life is
worth living? Will Draven trust Nikita enough to bring her
into his and Connor’s relationship? Can Draven and Connor
bring the sexual spark back into Nikita’s life?
Ocean’s Call is an interesting combination
of sex and healing. Nikita is burnt out and needs to
recharge her batteries. Draven and Connor are just the two
to help her over her slump. Draven is a tortured character,
but with the help of Connor and Nikita he just might come
around. Connor is like the rock for Nikita and Draven and I
think without him the other two would not have a chance.
I do wish Dawn Montgomery would have explained why Nikita
was ok with Connor and Draven being selkies. It didn’t seem
to faze her at all and I would think Nikita would have been
a little in awe of the fact that they existed.
I love the characters and the world of Rookery Cove and
hope Ms. Montgomery plans on more stories in this universe. |
