Oh great, not only has Tessa’s best friend just gotten engaged, her sex life is non-existent but as well her business is suffering low sales.  Now she is being tormented by one of the hot Henderson brothers.  The problem is that the one that is tormenting her is not the one that she fantasizes about.  But, she knows that he will never go for her, and keeps her distance.

Tom has wanted Tessa for months.  But, she is so far from his type that he has kept his distance.  But, what will happen when she flirts strongly and suggestively with him when he offers to take her home, after the newly engaged best friend leaves her behind.  Sparks will fly but are the of the long or short term variety.  If the Tarot Card that Tessa turned while she was at the bar is right, this romance might be of the permanent kind.

Sit back, pull up a nice glass of wine (or soda) and settle in for one hot story about fate taking another couple into hand and making sure they take another look at each other.  Love’s Ally is a fast paced story with two very headstrong characters who have denied their attraction for each other for way too long.  The sparks when they finally give in is a story that is definitely worth reading.  I like Ms. Ellis’s style of writing and hope to see more of those Henderson boys soon.  Love’s Ally happens to be in two different series but is definitely fine to read out of sequence.
