Lt. Lisa Zimmer has a rule; don’t date unless you are in the
same decade. This means Officer Eric Duncan is off limits,
or is he?
Officer Eric Duncan has a secret; he just turned 30
putting him and Lisa in the same decade for a few months and
he plans on taking advantage of her rule and starts at his
birthday party showing Lisa just what she could be missing.
Can Eric convince Lisa he is worth the risk, that age is
not a factor, and that the two of them belong together?
They both feel the heat, but can they stand the fire?
Oh my, oh my 9 ½ Years is scorching hot!
Lisa has no idea what hit her when Eric decides she will be
his. The scene in the bar was enough to burn up my monitor.
But heat is not all that 9 ½ Years has, it
also has a lot of action. The police work is very
interesting and I like how well Eric and Lisa work together,
both in and out of bed. Lisa is a very tough character and
I think Eric softens her a little. She is afraid it will
bleed over into her work, but with the way Cheryl Dragon
wrote her I don’t think Lisa has anything to worry about.
Ms. Dragon packs a punch and I’m glad I was there for the
ride.
