When Sean O'Callahan is sent to Iraq for six months as a
reservist he and his co- worker and friend, Eve Carmichael,
become pen pals. The letters go from lukewarm to hot very
quickly as Sean and Eve share their fantasies with each
other. When Sean's letters stop coming, Eve wonders if the
heat they created in their letters will continue once they see
each other again.
I like how the letters are written into the story in
Male Call, it gives it a really personal feel. Sean
is incredibly sexy and Eve is very sweet. I must mention
though that there are some glaring editing errors in the
book. Sean’s eyes are described as espresso then as Caribbean
blue and the car Eve drives changes as well; that aside,
Male Call is a quick, hot and very romantic story. |
